Directions Disrupted

A once-practical street sign pointing to Avenida Carrera has become a canvas of rebellion, wit and chaos. Layers of stickers, doodles and sprayed tags obscure its message, symbolising how public infrastructure transforms into platforms for personal voice and silent protest in the urban sprawl. The sign, weathered and worn, now reflects the personality of the city itself—unruly, expressive and alive.
